Don’t you agree when come to air travel MOST people will try to get the cheapest (Cheaper) deal?

For example:

How many of you will spend ,000 flying from NYC to London by France Airline if you can fly with Delta for 0?

I don’t understand why some airline are so pricy? Thank you for your advice.

    This is true ok. I am really telling the truth, but 2 months ago i flew from new york to Dubai and i flew emirates airlines and international royal first class and it was $13,000 round trip! But it was so worth it! Mostly because it was a 11 hour flight. Also the cheapest flight that i took was from Zurich to Bern and that was $71.

    Hope, the most expensive flight I have ever taken was in 1998 when I flew from Charleston, WV (CRW) to Atlanta, GA, one way on a Delta Connection carrier, for $564.00. I made the reservation the night before. Had I been able to wait 2 weeks, I could have flown from Charleston to Atlanta, picked up a Delta flight to PARIS AND BACK for $510 and back to CRW.

    I used to be a Customer Service Agent for United, and I have sold lots of tickets, starting in 1963, when it cost $16.22 to fly one way from here to Pittsburgh, PA and less than $40 to fly to Miami from here. The fares today are mind-boggling.
