what train can i take? how long is the train ride? how much does it cost?
if i were to stay in dc for the week were could i possibly stay that would be inexpensive.

It is possible, but that’s a very long commute. Most people who make it work go down for the whole week, and then come back on the weekends. You may want to look into flights – sometimes the commuter flights aren’t much different than the train prices.
