I suggest a round Europe trip. You’d be amazed at how inexpensive it is to navigate between, say, France, Belgium, Italy, Sweden. There are a lot of romantic cities in European countries.

If you have to pick one, it should be Paris. I went to Paris on a school trip (not romantic, I know) and I was enamored by the sights, the sounds (there are often dancers in the high streets), the affection show between friends and strangers alike, the art, the language of love, the restaurants, the shops. It really is a spectacular country if you visit the right places.
