My daughter is spending three months in UK and some time on continent traveling what is the best and cheapest cell phone plan for her?

I’ve just returned from a visit to the UK. Their plans are much cheaper than ours, so let her pick something up when she’s there.

    I agree with the previous answer. Be sure to have her get the phone there. A disposable phone is probably the best, or one with a short-term plan.

    Be sure not not send her with a US phone, the roaming for even a few days costs a fortune.
