Question by Oops I did it again~: International travel?
I’ve only traveled outside of US once, long time ago. On my flight back into US, i remember filling out 2 forms. I assume they were forms for customs. Is there a name for these 2 forms? can i download these forms from faa website? Can i pre-filled this out? My mother (Non-English speaker) is traveling outside of the country and i just want to prepare everything that i possibly can.

I really doubt it. But they normally ask you your first and last name, the number of her passport, what type of passport it is, what flight number she is flying in, from where and to is she flying, sex, date of birth, type of travel, and address. those are the general questions.

No you can’t pre-fill them out. They are often handed out on the plane before you land or after you get off before you go through customs.
