i have been informed that flying by DELTA airlines will result in higher vusa fare even though i can avail of 3 coupons than travelling on non-US airlines.

    Use the cheapest fare, even if it’s not a US airline.

    And to the first answerer – “vusa” is short for “Visit the USA fare” – try a yahoo search. (I can’t say the other name … LOL)
