Question by momma4: how do i find the cheapest car rental rates? web sites i went to are outrageous.?
it’s been years since i’ve rented a car and i went to the sites i see advertised on TV for cheap travel (hotwire, priceline, etc…), but to me the prices seemed really high–like over a day. are there any secrets to finding a really cheap rental?
