..where…ah…it’s been so long….I think it was Japanese…..the characters are in a village….they travel in a group and at one part they pass an “Adam’s Apple”? Every now and then, you’d fight the NPCs that came along–the fighting somewhat of a Final Fantasy sort.
Will add more details if I remember.

No, it was a computer game….
I talked to my brother and he remembers being inside of a monster? thus, the “adam’s apple”? Also, the background was pink (where the “adam’s apple” was).
