I know a couple. I recommend studying using Language Now for the languages there. Language Now is a good computer program for languages

no, but i think it would help, or you could get someone like a translator. it may help.
It depends on where in Europe you’re traveling. Western Europeans generally can speak and understand two or more languages, English being one. Eastern Europe is different. English is recognized but conversation is difficult. Inland Italians speak Italian..different dialects. A small translation book is invaluable. Remember there are no bathrooms or rest rooms. Toilette is understood everywhere.
