Anyone take a trip to Vegas with Casablanca Express?

Question by *M: Anyone take a trip to Vegas with Casablanca Express?
Anyone out there travel with Casablanca Express recently? I was offered a 3 night stay in Vegas at the Riviera Hotel, 2 show tickets, and a 0 restaurant gift card for a total of 9. Sounded like a very good deal, so we payed. I have been calling their customer service line for DAYS and left several messages, but I still cant get a hold of anyone there. I want to schedule the dates for my package since you need to tell them 30 days in advance, but now I am starting to think this is all one, big scam. After ready a bunch of bad reviews online (although they were from several years ago) I am starting to get worried. Anyone traveled with them and had a good experience? Please help!

Not being able to get ahold of them should be a major RED flag this may not be a legitimate business!

It’s a very well designed scam web site.

$199 for two nights at the Riviera? That’s one of the cheapest hotels on the strip, two nights should be less than $100.

The “extras” they’re offering are nearly worthless, similar to fun books you can pick up for free at each strip property.

I suggest you call the toll free number on the back of the card you paid them with, whether it’s a credit or debit card, and reverse the charge. Then book your airfare on the airline’s web site and your hotel on the hotel’s web site. Some good inexpensive hotels are Bally’s, Luxor, and Bill’s. If you can afford a better hotel, look at Mandalay Bay, Caesars Palace, Venetian, and Wynn.
