Question by royal: what air ticket deal is best for Heathrow-Cairo-Dubai-Tehran-Heathrow?
I have to go to Tehran but I have to stay in Hurghada for 5 days and then go to Tehran for 5 days but I thought it would be nice to see Dubai for a day. Which airline does stopovers in these destinations or should I buy the tickets individually. I plan to travel this month

Airline tickets change by the minute like foreign currencies.

You are best to speak to 1 or 2 travel agents in your area.

You could take a round trip ticket to Cairo, and another round trip ticket from Cairo to Tehran through Dubai. Some airlines in Europe provide direct flight to Hurghada or nearby Sharm el Sheikh, so you can try that instead of Cairo.
Further, Sharm el Sheikh is becoming popular with some airlines in the region. You can book an open jaw trip with outgoing trip to Dubai and returning trip from Tehran, or v.v. You can combine that with a one-way ticket between Dubai and Tehran. For example, you can take Kuwait airways from Sharm el Sheikh to Dubai through Kuwait, combined with a return trip from Tehran to Sharm el Sheikh on the same airline. You can add to that a one-way ticket from Dubai to Tehran.
Of course, you can book a return ticket to Dubai on Egyptair through Cairo, and then buy a return trip from Dubai to Tehran.
Low-cost airlines in the region like Air Arabia and Jazeera can help in getting regional low fares.
