I need some help making a decision?

Question by ▐▀▀▼▀▀▌ ►Easy◄ ▐▄▄▲▄▄▌: I need some help making a decision?
I live in a fairly large city and I am a grad student. I live about 25 – 30 miles from the university and I also work in the city where the university is. At first, I thought it wasn’t going to be such a big deal traveling there because it only takes about half an hour. But now I’m really exhausted and it is having a detrimental effect on my sleep and energy. The cost of living is higher near the university and I can not afford to have a nice place there like I have in the city I currently live in. Next semester is going to be really tough on me, and my classes are at night and I hate the thought of driving three nights a week home at 10 p.m. Should I move and pay higher rent for less quality? Or, should I stay where I am and keep racking up mileage on my car? I just can’t decide what to do.

if you think about it you would save on gas a bit by moving closer. sleep is detrimental while your taking classes. i think it would be worth the move just to save the gas let alone the sleep. for me it would be about a half tank per week so about $60/month in savings! that is alot of ramen noodles lol!

you can always get another car, they are made to be driven. If you like where you are, and the space, why move. you will only have the one semester to do that, its not the end of the world. If you move, once you are over the night thing, you will hate yourself for giving up a great place, and the drive is go to clear your head..its a small price to pay for comfort.

Move closer, but find a living arrangement where you’d have roommates, this way your cost of living may actually go down.
