Let me guess, are you landing at Narita but stationed at Yokota? If so you need to take the MWR bus. It runs everynight and is always there ready to pick up americans that land at Narita (it is there for your family members also. It used to cost , the price probably hasn’t changed much. Also it is a four hour journey, trust me you want to take the bus since you will have luggage. To have someone tell you what trains to take on yahoo answers would be a miracle, it is hard enough most of the time taking them while you are there.

Take JR’s “Narita Express” limited exp train to Tokyo station, and transfer to track#1/2 (JR Chuo Line).
Take trains bound for “Ome” and this’ll take you to Fussa.
From airport to Tokyo station is an hour, and another hour from Tokyo station to Fussa.
