My friend and I are flying out to Vegas from Salt Lake during spring break and I’m trying to find the best deal. So far I have researched lasvegas.com, orbitz.com, travelocity.com, and expedia.com….so far, expedia has the cheapest room and flight for 9.00 per person….does anyone know of a site that can give me an even better deal? :]

I’ve always had good results using hotwire.com. You can also try priceline.com.

Expedia is not so bad, but not always the cheapest. It does not harm if you compare the same event at various sites and then choose the cheapest one.

Expedia, Travelocity, and Orbitz are the major American travel sites so that cheaper deals would be probably difficult to be found.
Expedia has a great hotel portfolio while Travelocity is usually cheaper with regards flights.
For a flight such as Salt Lake – Las Vegas, air tickets from different sites have probably about the same price. So hotel rates and facilities will be probably the main criterion.
