Hi Dear participants, please tell me (and all who is reading this) which airliner offers the cheapest airtravel in India for short routes. Like Chennai to Bangalore, Mumbai to Pune, Chennai to Tirupathi, like that. Please be informative.

If you are strictly talking about flights within India, I think www.spicejet.com is the way to go!

Try Rediff Airfare search. It gives all airlines( except Indian Airlines) schedules and charges and you can pick your choice.
Apart from that booking at arzoo.com is good. They normally have cheaper fares than most all airlines and travel sites
Its not normally the same airline which may be cheaper for all sectors. Different times, different sectors…different prices..
Don’t depend on any low-cost airline other than KINGFISHER AIRLINES bcoz other low-cost airlines are always late and the services are really worse. Kingfisher is best in low-cost airlines and Jet Airways is best in normal airlines.
