I can’t talk authoritatively, but when I visited Ireland last summer, the people all seemed very open to immigration. Irish people have been emigrating for jobs for generations, so now that their economy is doing well, they seem to be very understanding of other people wanting to come and work. And, from what I could tell, there were a lot of available jobs. I think you’re looking in the right direction.
I don’t know specifics about the visas and laws though.
