Question by Angel: INDIAN MOST POWERFUL TEMPLE?
DEVINE AND POWERFUL TEMPLE OF INDIA?
IS LOCATED IN GODS OWN LAND-KERALA-INDIA.
KOLAKAV THE POWERFUL TEMPLE OF GODDESS is located in
Kottampoil, kuthuparamba, kannur District, KERALA.
It is on the road connected between tellichery and kuthuparamba.
Legends: The Karavira Mahatmya states that Vishnu resides in the form
of Mahalakshmi at KOLAKAV TEMPLE.
Legend has it that Kolhasura, a demon
that tormented the Gods and other beings, was destroyed by Mahalakshmi
here at Karavira, and that the spot of his death became a thirtha and
that she took abode here in a shrine which constitutes the temple today.
(Legend also has it that Parvati – Kolhambika destroyed the demon
Kolhasura at Tryambakeshwar).
History:: Although several parts of the temple are of the second half of the
second millennium CE, epigraphic references place the deity in the
7th century CE, and the temple in the 10th century CE. For a period in the
interim, this temple had fallen out of worship and the image of the Goddess
was housed elsewhere. Worship was restored in the year 1715 after the
Marathas rose to power.
Heard that this temple is very powerful and every year they have a mahalakshmi pooja where in the temple is crowded with people.
they also provide food for the poor in this temple.and heard that any issues related to our life will be solved when anyone visits that temple and prays.

Wrong…………….For Hindu temple is merely a point to meditate………Krishna’s idol is merely symbol to remind the Leelas of Krishna.

Let me tell you what Hindus think on this.

Teri Poojan ko Bhagwaan bana mana mandir Alishaan.

“For worshiping you God…..there is a splendid temple that is my heart.”

Heart is the most powerful temple.
